The Wolf In Me
It was actually originally inspired by a song line that says”El lobo en mí se vengará” - which means to me the wolf in me remembers and gets revenge.
Every wound, every betrayal, every time I was told to shrink. But the wolf in us watches.
And when the time is right—it answers.
This painting isn’t about the wolf as an animal.
It’s about the part of ourselves that refuses to stay quiet when pushed too far.
The wolf in me will have its revenge—
Not in rage, but in rising.
“The Wolf in Me” is 24x36 inches, mixed media on canvas and has sold - but Prints will be available soon.
The Leap
In the high alpine where the air is thin and the earth falls away beneath your hooves, survival depends on something deeper than sight- it takes instinct, courage, and a quiet trust in those who came before you. This piece captures a single, breath-held moment: a young mountain goat launching into the unknown, eyes locked on its mother. There’s no rope, no safety net - just raw, inherited wisdom and the unshakable belief that if she did it, so you can you.
“The Leap” is 27x39 inches, mixed media on canvas and has sold - but Prints will be available soon.
WADE THROUGH
On my drive back from California in the Uhaul I spotted a beautiful moose drinking from a little river on the side of the road. After driving 2500 miles within 4 days it just seemed like such a miracle on the side of a freeway - that told me to keep going when I was utterly exhausted. The entire hell drive was just mind over matter, telling myself I can do this. “Wade through” is a 36X24 mixed media painting, reminding you to get through it, and that pain in only temporary.
The original has sold - but if you’d like to stay up to date on print releases, please sign up for my newsletter!

The Next King of the Plains
It’s hard to believe one of the biggest mammals in the United States starts off as clumsy little red dogs- with wobbly legs, full of joy. These playful zoomies carry the spirit of a future giant- one destined to shape the prairie and hold together and entire ecosystem. I personally got to witness their zoomies at our local Terry Bison ranch and these Tatanka - symbols of strength, survival and freedom- have definitely become one of my favorite animals!
“King of the Plains” is 12X12 inches on wood panel and is AVAILABLE.
Home Run
This piece was commissioned by my client to surprise her husband with a gift of memories— a love letter disguised as a painting.
My client asked me to capture the places that shaped her husband’s life through baseball: Cheyenne Post Six, the Nebraska Lopers, and the Scottsdale Artichokes. Each chapter, each field, each landscape that once felt like home.
I painted the essence of those places — the skies, the land, the quiet moments between games — so that no matter where life takes him now, those homes live on in the place he’s built today.
“Home Run” is 36X36 inches on canvas and is sold.
Wyoming Postage
My last painting for the year 2025 is called “Wyoming Postage”. It’s a commission for my wonderful client and the badass cowboy in it is her dad.
“Wyoming Postage” is 24x36 inches, mixed media on wood panel and has sold.
After the Storm
Not everything the storm takes is a loss. Sometimes it clears the way. This painting isn’t just about hardship - it’s about what comes after. The quiet resolve. The grit you didn’t know you had. the calm that arrives not in peace, but in power. Here is to the storms that shape us, and the strength that stays long after the clouds move on.
“The Leap” is 16x20 inches, mixed media on canvas and has sold - but Prints will be available soon.
MOTHER BEAR
In loving memory of Grizzly 399, this is my first oil painting named “Mother Bear”. This fierce Grizzly mom who had at least 22 cubs fascinated wildlife photographers and millions of tourists around the world, roaming around in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. She was tragically killed in October at age 28 by a driver. Her heritage lives on and inspired so many - just like me- to paint the Queen of the Tetons and have her legacy live on.
The original painting has sold, but for the first time ever I am offering high-quality prints.
WINDFALL
My newest original painting “Windfall” is currently available
This piece represents the serendipity of life - and things falling into place when you just have faith and let go. Sometimes, the best things come when you stop forcing and start trusting. This piece is about letting go, being open and allowing the unexpected to find you. Not everything has to be planned - some moments are meant to blow in, unannounced, and change everything.
